We are brokers

We introduce owners of existing power equipment to buyers who need it. We never own, take title to, refurbish, inspect, warrant or guarantee any equipment. Every purchase contract is between the buyer and the seller, and any inspection is carried out by an independent inspector the buyer chooses.

General information only

The content on this site is general information about power equipment and how we work. It isn't engineering, legal or investment advice. Before you buy, sell or rely on anything you read here, take advice from your own engineers, lawyers and advisors.

Figures can change

Sizes, ranges, lead times and other figures on this site are general and may change without notice. They describe the market in broad terms and are not a statement about any specific unit.

Forms don't create an agreement

Sending us a form or calling us doesn't create an agreement between you and us, or between you and anyone else. Our fees are set only in a signed written agreement, made before any introduction.

Using the site

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't send us false details about yourself or about equipment, don't try to get into parts of the site or our systems that aren't meant for you, and don't use automated tools to copy the site or flood the forms. We may block anyone who does.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to sites run by others, such as sources for a figure. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or how they handle your data.

Limits on our liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud. Any liability connected with a deal is governed by the written agreements for that deal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of California.
